Text Messages
Spruce Cleaners sends text messages to existing customers about their cleaning service. By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you book service, you consent to receive:
- Appointment reminders (usually the day before a cleaning)
- Receipts and service confirmations
- Replies to questions you send us
Message frequency varies with your cleaning schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not send marketing texts, and we do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Privacy Policy
We collect the information you give us to provide cleaning service: your name, address, phone number, email, and payment card details. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. We use your information only to schedule and perform service, send reminders and receipts, process payment and keep our records.
We do not sell your personal information. Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We share information only with service providers needed to operate our business (such as Stripe for payments and Twilio for text messaging) and as required by law.

Terms of Service
By booking a cleaning with Spruce Cleaners LLC you agree to be charged the quoted price for the agreed service, plus any add-ons you approve, using the card you have authorized on file. Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel. You may revoke your card authorization or opt out of text messages at any time by contacting us.
